These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zenvee, LLC's ("Zenvee," "we," "us") websites, mobile applications, and services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services
Zenvee is a marketplace and software platform that connects customers with nail technicians and salons for bookings and related services, and provides shop-management tools to business owners. Zenvee facilitates discovery, scheduling, and payment but is not a party to the service agreement between a customer and a technician or shop.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must verify your email and/or mobile number where required. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) as described at checkout, and may include a free trial. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before the next billing date; fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices and plan features may change with notice.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, credentials, or licensing.
- Do not interfere with, scrape, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
Technician and shop responsibilities
Technicians and shops are responsible for holding valid licenses and credentials, for the services they provide, and for compliance with applicable laws. Zenvee may require verification and may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.
Intellectual property
The Services, including software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Zenvee or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenvee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Services or other users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Zenvee, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
