This Privacy Policy explains how Zenvee, LLC ("Zenvee," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our websites, mobile applications, and services (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email address, mobile phone number, and password.
- Profile and booking information — for customers, technicians, and shop owners (e.g., service details, addresses you choose to save, and appointment activity).
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage and device information — log data, device identifiers, and approximate location when you enable it, to operate and secure the Services.
SMS / text messaging
We use SMS text messages to send account verification (one-time passcodes) and essential account- or booking-related notifications. You provide your mobile number and request these messages within the Zenvee app or website (for example, when registering, signing in, or adding a phone number to your account); doing so constitutes your consent to receive them.
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of further messages and HELP for help. Opting out of verification messages may prevent you from completing sign-in or securing your account.
We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile opt-in and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
How we use information
- To create and manage your account and verify your identity and phone number.
- To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services and process bookings and payments.
- To communicate with you about your account, transactions, and support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Services — such as our payment processor (Stripe), our SMS/communications provider, and infrastructure and email providers — under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing services to us. We may also disclose information to comply with the law or protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices and rights
You can review and update your account information in the app, opt out of SMS by replying STOP, and request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
